Drain Couplings Rubber (50 - 275mm Diameter)

Drain Couplings are used to connect, repair and maintain
drainage systems and other small diameter
non-pressure pipelines.

Available to suit any pipe material up to 275mm outside
diameter, Drain Couplings are designed for use in drainage
systems where the resistance to earth loads (usually provided by a
Standard Coupling) is not required.

Drain Couplings comprise a moulded elastomeric sleeve which is attached
using medium duty stainless steel clamping bands at either end.

Adapter Couplings Rubber (35 - 420mm Diameter)

Adaptor Couplings provide a solution to many cases of adaptation.
The coupling is a stepped moulded elastomeric sleeve that has different
diameters at each end. The sleeve is fitted with two stainless steel clamping
bands which provide an efficient method of connecting pipes that have varying outside
diameters and also eradicates possible bush requirements.

Adaptor Couplings can also be used to connect all traditional and new pipe
systems including structural walled plastic pipes.

A special range of Adaptor Couplings which incorporate an extra wide clamping
band at one end are available for ribbed pipe systems. The clamping band secures
against two or more external ribs on the plastic ribbed pipe thereby ensuring
a high performance seal is obtained irrespective of the coupling position or movement.

Standard Couplings Rubber (Up To 620mm Diameter)

Standard coupling are specifically designed to connect
and repair pipelines with different materials and sizes used
in sewerage, drainage and other underground applications.

EPDM Commercial Plumbing Range Rubber
(30 - 100mm Diameter)

They are designed and manufactured from high performance EPDM providing
an outstanding quality of product. End clamps are provided as standard
in corrosion resistant grade 300 stainless steel.

EPDM 90° Elbows & 90° Tee Rubber

They are designed and manufactured from high performance EPDM providing
an outstanding quality of product. End clamps are provided as standard
in corrosion resistant grade 300 stainless steel.

Bushes

Designed to be used with Standard Couplings, Bushes are available in
a range of sizes and thicknesses that allow for the adaptation between all pipe
materials and types.

Fabricated from an elastomeric strip, 's Fabricated Bushes are manufactured
to suit specific site dimensions and are used when there is a significant difference
in the outside diameter (greater than 12mm) of the pipes to be connected or if an
Adaptor Coupling is not available.

Bushes can also be used when a reduction or increase in the pipe size is
required by the user. Utilising 's advanced production processes and techniques,
thicker Bushes can be manufactured with a profiled cross section which enhances the seal
on rough pipe surfaces and provides a high performance seal on low pressure pipes due to
an increase in the effective sealing pressure.

Wraparound Couplings (300 - 2100mm Diameter)

Wraparound Couplings (Patent No. 2314393) are designed for use in the
repair of cracked pipes or those subject to local damage thereby eliminating
the need to replace the damaged section.

The Wraparound Coupling incorporates a unique pre-formed joint(R) in the
EPDM rubber sleeve which provides a reliable watertight connection once the
sleeve is joined in accordance with the fitting instructions.

Extra Wide Couplings (300 - 2100mm Diameter)

Extra Wide Couplings are available in a variety of standard and large
sizes ranging from 200 to 2100mm in outside diameter.

Standard Extra Wide Couplings are designed for use in the repair of cracked
pipelines or those subject to local damage. When excavation work is required to
repair a damaged pipe, Extra Wide Couplings will reduce the amount of
time needed and the differences in pipe diameter can be accommodated.

Large Extra Wide Couplings provide a watertight method of connecting large diameter
concrete pipes. The 300mm width allows greater tolerance in the cutting of the ends
of the pipe as well as providing for the movement of the pipe ends due to settlement.

Standard and Large Extra Wide Couplings are manufactured to meet
the specific requirements of the contractor or site and can be produced to suit
any pipe outside diameter.

Chemical Couplings Rubber (100 - 1000 Diameter)

Chemical Couplings provide a flexible and watertight connection on underground drainage systems that require a high resistance to a range of chemical substances.

Manufactured to meet specific site requirements, Chemical Couplings are able to withstand the widest possible range of chemicals (Patent No. 2227068) due to the shear band and clamping bands encasing a high performance elastomeric sleeve with a chemically resistant one piece Fluorpolymer (FEP) liner and expanded PTFE seals. Chemical couplings of diameter 400-1000mm are subject to availability.

Universal Gully Seals Rubber (200 - 210mm Diameter)

Wall Seals Rubber(50 - 1099mm Diameter)

To seal around a cored hole passing througha pre-cast structure:

Provides a secure and leak proof solution to water penetration along the pipe.
Suitable for surface water and sewers
When correctly installed will withstand 0.5 Bar hydrostatic pressure.
Allows for angular and lateral misalignment of the pipe

Puddle Flange Rubber

Puddle Flanges ensure a watertight seal where pipes pass through the walls of tanks, swimming pools etc. They can also be used where they pass through the walls of basements, manholes or other structures below groundwater level.

Puddle Flanges are manufactured from EPDM material that provides chemical resistance to a variety of acids and alkalis.

EPDM End Caps Rubber

A removable, easy to fit EPDM rubber end cap for permanent or temporary application.

Ideal for capping pipe ends, cleanouts and open test pipes, Ronco End Caps are suitable for above and below ground use on cast iron, steel, copper and or plastic pipes.

Ronco Straight Couplings provide a multi fit application and an effective solution for jointing pipes with similar outside diameters. The range is available in sizes suitable for connecting pipes with diameters from 21mm up to 130mm and each coupling has its own size range tolerance.

Ronco Adaptor Couplings are ideal for connecting pipes with differing outside diameters and are available to suit pipes ranging from 32mm up to 130mm, with each coupling having its own size range tolerance.

The range is ideal for use in confined spaces including under a bath or shower tray etc. and the flexible PVC material makes it easy to connect misaligned pipes.
